Payment Policy

Payments via Credit Card

The tenant is responsible for ensuring that they have authority to nominate the credit card used to process payments. MICM is not responsible or liable in any way for any failure by any entity issuing the card to remit payments. The tenant acknowledges that the cardholder may not permit the use of the card to pay bond/rent. The Tenant is liable for any and all expense, damage or loss incurred by MCIM in the event of the misuse or unauthorised use of the creditcard by the Tenant and the Tenant must reimburse any such amounts to MICM.
