Bond Payment Refund

To get your bond money back at the end of the tenancy, simply fill in a 'Claim for Refund of Bond Money' form availabe from the RTBA website.

Alternatively, you can request preprinted forms to be mailed to you by telephoning us on 1300 137 164 or emailing rtba@justice.vic.gov.au.

**Please note that the RTBA cannot accept forms by email.**
