Knowledgeable lady!

Lilian has excellent knowledge of Melbourne department sales, and through her I was able to successfully negotiate sale of my flat at a satisfactory price, despite much of that time living in London. With the direct assistance of her team of Evelyn, Jackie and Natalie I could receive instant news of offers, advice, find a buyer and negotiate a price. They were at all times polite and efficient, despite having to discuss issues with me by distance phone calls and email. I noted, while in Melbourne, that Lilian was able to actively train her team on the spot, and help her team be cohesive and effective.
