Ambrose Ng

Ambrose is a proud member of the MICM Business Development Team. Having started his real estate career in Leasing, Ambrose developed a deep knowledge of the inner-city market and what makes a 5-Star renter, in addition to the styles and trends of modern and heritage buildings. Working with a wide variety of renters and owners, with diverse backgrounds, Ambrose moved into Property Management where he managed a new apartment complex and helped build a growing community based on safety, security and long-lasting relationships.

Having worked in new construction, Ambrose has completed the entire lifecycle of property ownership, from pre-settlement inspections through to finalising a tenancy and moving in or preparing a property for sale. Now, in the Business Development team, Ambrose has a solid understanding of the needs of investors and can expertly guide them through the sometimes-complex legislation around residential tenancies. Ambrose prides himself on delivering a stress-free experience for both owners and renters, seeing new people join the local community and helping everyone find their place in the property journey.

When not out meeting new renters or clients, Ambrose spends his time making himself familiar with local buildings and the teams that keep them running successfully. He likes to connect with people, learn about their stories and help contribute to the community. Passionate about local business, you can find him at the coffee shop – he would always love a chat!
