Born and raised in China, Jason moved to Australia as a teenager. He is fluent in both Mandarin and English. He is a big sports fan who loves basketball, tennis, scuba diving and cycling. He also enjoys cooking one or two iconic dishes for friends and families based on the recipes he collected while working abroad.
