The building manager will be responsible for providing residents – owners and tenants alike - with a prompt and professional on-site Building Management service. The Building Manager will provide the services in the residential/ apartment building environment with a mix of short and long stay tenancies. This position will focus on attending to building management, maintenance, and residents requests, organising services, and providing a high level of client satisfaction. This position will also be responsible for overseeing every aspect of the building services provided by MICS. The building manager will focus on delivering a quality for value service to the building including staffing, training, and site supervision.
The Concierge will be responsible for delivering a professional, welcoming, and responsive front-of-house service to all residents, guests, and visitors. Positioned at the heart of the residential building, the Concierge will assist with resident enquiries, manage access and security, coordinate deliveries, and support the smooth day-to-day running of the property. This role focuses on providing a premium customer service experience, ensuring residents feel supported and valued. The Concierge will also work closely with building management to report maintenance issues, assist with contractor access, and uphold the building’s standards of safety and presentation.
