Southbank Grand is a 43-level residential tower located at 151 City Road, Southbank, Victoria 3006, developed by Central Equity and completed in 2015. Designed by bell+fisher architects and built by Multiplex, the building rises approximately 130 meters and comprises 515 apartments in 1, 2, and 3-bedroom configurations, along with seven ground-floor retail tenancies and secure car parking. Featuring a distinctive glass exterior complemented by a restored Victorian-era street frontage, the project was recognised with the 2016 HIA Victorian Project of the Year award for outstanding residential development and stands as one of Central Equity’s landmark projects in Southbank.
