An increasing aspect of our role is project
management. Our team are trained and skilled
in the methods and processes required to
assist with delivering a successful project for
our Body Corporates. Additional fees apply for
project management of significant projects.
We report to our Body Corporates regularly
to keep them informed about their building.
Aside from day-to-day communication we can
provide monthly reports, committee reports
and AGM reports.
We have excellent relationships with many
varied contractors and organisations within
the industry. We can source competitive
pricing for the regular service contracts and
maintenance requirements for your building.
Buildings never sleep so we are available 24/7.
Our office is open 7 days a week.
We provide cover plans to the buildings for
when staff are away from work (leave/illness)
that ensures we have adequate resources on
hand to cover our service obligations.
The team will be supported by General
Manager, Operations Manager and Essential
Services Manager based at the head office
but would be visiting and auditing the services
regularly.
