Please note additional Certificate/s only apply to units affected by multiple owners corporations.
Units of two or more owners corporations will need to purchase the first certificate at the outlined fee and all additional certifciates will be charged at the additional certificate lowered rate in accordance with the delivery service requested.
The OC Certificate will only include levies that have been budgeted and approved at the AGM.
Requests to update an Owners Corporation Certificate older than three months will require a new submission of an Owners Corporation Certificate Application Form.
