We have been in the building management industry since 2003. Our team of building managers have considerable experience within the industry, most with trade and facility management backgrounds. Within our portfolio of buildings, we have come across many of the various problems associated with building and facility management. We are solution-oriented.

We use the latest technology to aide our experienced team to effectively manage your building. We operate a specialised building management system that provides a host of features including work order management, reporting and a residents engagement app.

We are always looking for new ideas or innovations for our buildings and Body Corporates. We meet regularly with suppliers and trades within the industry present to and train our building management team.

I have to say we have been spoilt. I have enjoyed living in the Melbourne Grand for the last 12 months, and it offers an exceptional residential experience. Everything in this building reflects quality, care and professionalism, from the well-maintained facilities to the day-to-day operations. A special mention must go to the concierge team, which has exceptional management, from Tom when we started to Harley. The team is always courteous and incredibly helpful. The concierge is manned 24 hours a day, so there is always somebody at the desk to greet you with a quick hello or a more in-depth discussion of anything that is happening in Melbourne. They make you feel so welcome in this building. Additionally, the onsite building manager, Anthony, deserves high praise for his outstanding commitment to maintaining the property to the highest standards. His proactive and hands-on approach makes such a noticeable difference. The smooth operation of the Melbourne Grand is a testament to his hard work and expertise. Living in this building has been a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a well-managed, secure, and welcoming place to call home. The team behind the scenes truly sets it apart. Lastly, I would have stayed in the building, but I must move back to Brisbane. I genuinely wish I could lift and shift this building to Brisbane.
Lived here for 2-3 years and loved the building, the concierge and building manager was always very helpful! Sad to leave but moved into an adjacent building. The building manager, Ronnie, was super helpful and helped organise a tug cart for the move between buildings. Moving was pretty stressful but and don't think i can get most of it done with Ronnie or the team's help! Concierge, staff are super friendly and will try their best to help, shout out Simon.
Micms building manager & concierge are very kind, caring and super helpful. I got a matress delivery today and it was super heavy. I borrowed the building trolley to move it. I was on my own and when the building team noticed me struggling, though they were busy they immediately jumped in and helped me to bring it upstairs to apartment safely. I want to express my sincere gratitude for their assistance. A big thankyou for being so wonderful and going above & beyond.

I have been living at Southbank Grand since 2020, and I am extremely happy here. The building is very well maintained, always clean, and the building management team, especially the building manager, Lisa are incredibly supportive and consistently go the extra mile to help residents. As a building manager myself, I can clearly see the high standard of management at Southbank Grand. The excellent amenities, convenient parcel lockers, and the reassurance of having a team available for support 24/7 make this building a truly exceptional place to live. I feel very fortunate to call Southbank Grand my home and would love to stay here forever
I have lived in this building for about 2 years now and the concierge team has always provided excellent service. They are always ready to help, listen and solve any issues you might have. They are very friendly and fun to talk to and the building runs smoothly without any major issues. But I'd also like to bring the spotlight to the care, help and empathy concierge had when one of my beloved cats went missing from my apartment. They're help was what made a difference in this super stressful time and without them I wouldn't have been able to find my cat safe after 10 days. I am so grateful for this amazing team and I feel at home and safe with them. I couldn't be happier with the place that I live at. best team ever :)
