Experience
We have been in the building management industry since 2003. Our team of building managers have considerable experience within the industry, most with trade and facility management backgrounds. Within our portfolio of buildings, we have come across many of the various problems associated with building and facility management. We are solution oriented.
Technology
We use the latest technology to aide our experienced team to effectively manage your building. We operate a specialised building management system that provides a host of features including work order management, reporting and a residents engagement app.
Proactive
We are always looking for new ideas or innovations for our buildings and Body Corporates. We meet regularly with suppliers and trades within the industry present to and train our building management team.

My car wouldn’t start and one of the reception staff came to the rescue and had me on the road within 10 mins, so helpful and saved the day
I was renting in Southbank managed by MICM. The team was very helpful when we were moving out. It was our last day and we needed the lift for the removalist to move the furniture. The concierge was very accommodating and understanding. It wouldn’t have been possible to have such a smooth moving out without their help. Can’t thank Lisa, the building manager and the team enough for their help.
A big thank you to MICM southbank team and Southbank Grand building management team. I got locked out of my apartment and had a flight to catch in the evening. Lisa was god sent as she not only saved me the $200 fee for a locksmith but also was able to get me back into the apartment within the hour so I could make my flight. She was kind, professional and made me feel at ease during a stressful situation.
