Visa Gift Card offer: Terms & Conditions

1. The promotion is being conducted by Melbourne Inner City Management Pty Ltd ABN 39 060 312 012 (MICM) of 178 City Rd, Southbank, Victoria 3006. The promotion runs from 3^rd December 2025 until 11.59 pm Melbourne time on 31^st January 2026.
2. This promotion is subject to and governed by these Terms and Conditions. Information on the offer forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions is demonstrated by participation in the promotion.
3. The promotion is for a $300 Visa Gift card to be provided to qualifying participants.  MICM has no liability or responsibility in respect of anything acquired using such a gift card.
4. A person is a qualifying participant for this promotion if all the following occur:
1. the person is the registered proprietor of real estate (Property) and the person is or wants to become a rental provider of that Property;
2. the person has not used MICM Real Estate Property Management services in the last 6 months;
3. the person signs an exclusive management authority before 31^stJanuary 2026, appointing MICM as the exclusive leasing and managing agent of the Property;
4. MICM – in its absolute discretion – agrees to provide leasing and management services to the person in respect of the Property;
5. MICM collects at least the first month’s rent from the renter of the Property by 28^th February 2026;
6. the monthly management fee is at least $130 plus GST, and starts being generated between 3^rd December 2025 and 28^th February 2026; and
7. MICM is the leasing and managing agent of the Property for at least 12 months, commencing by 31^st January 2026.
5. Only one gift card is available per Property, and a person is only eligible for this promotion once.  This offer may not be used in conjunction with any other offer by MICM Real Estate.
6. If the Property is not managed for at least 12 months by MICM, the qualifying participant must repay $300 – being the value of the Visa gift card – to MICM, and charges the rental income from the Property with their obligation to make that repayment.
7. MICM may in its absolute discretion decide that any one or more persons are ineligible for the promotion if there is any actual or apparent fraud, or false statements or material are put to MICM by a qualifying participant, or in relation to the Property by anyone else.  MICM reserves the right (in its absolute discretion) to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
8. To the extent permitted by law, MICM is not liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered by any person in connection with the Promotion. MICM does not take any responsibility for any gift card being lost, stolen, forged, damaged, destroyed or tampered with in any way at any time including but not limited to during transit (including by email) or delivery.
9. MICM may waive any condition set out in these Terms and Conditions in its absolute discretion.  Failure by the MICM to enforce any of its rights from time to time does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
